To get you started, I’ve provided two FREE programs for you to do.
Everyday Flexibility
A quick, simple and beginner friendly routine to get you ready for everyday life.
Serious Shoulders
The only program you need to follow to strengthen and improve flexibility in your shoulders.

Each program comes with:
-an easy to follow workout plan that can be added to your current workout, either at the end of your workout or the beginning
-instructions and diagrams explaining how to perform each exercise without overcomplicating them
-personal practices I’ve used myself to come back from injuries, improve my mobility and become more flexible than ever

All Custom Programs are designed to be as simple and effective as possible given your circumstances.
How it Works
After receiving and going over your information, I’ll create a program to fit your needs within the week. If additionally information is needed, I’ll reach out (this may or may not extend time needed to complete your program).
